ItalianoOASI farmhouse hotel is a family-run business extending to all its visitors the well-known hospitality and warmth of the Umbrian tradition.
Owned by the Borioli family since 1981, the ‘village’ is made up of the main country house, dating back to 1873, and of a group of farmhouses on the hill crest, in a highly panoramic location.
The main country house with its original stonewall facade extends over two floors. On the ground floor are the foyer, dining lounges, the restaurant’s kitchen and the pizzeria, whereas on the first floor are ten rooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Just in front of the restaurant, a smaller farmhouse houses ten bedrooms overlooking the Nestore valley. Not far from there, another small house has been restored to accommodate up to 5 persons.
The former tobacco-curing-barn has been converted into 2 studio-apartments with independent entrance accommodating 2-3 persons.
Outside, a heated swimming pool with whirlpool tub set in a nice sun terrace awaits our guests’ convenience. The presence of spacious parking for cars, coaches, campers (48h free) makes our village the ideal spot for unforgettable holidays in Umbria.
