The cellars and sheds of the 19^th-century farmhouse have been expertly converted into intimate dining rooms preserving their pristine architectural features intact. 
Two verandas with ample glazing offering a splendid view on the surrounding century-old park have been recently added. In the good season, our guests can enjoy a meal in the open either on a fresh veranda, under the trees or around the swimming pool.

Seven typical dining rooms (10 to 200 seats) are available for feasts, anniversaries and special occasions.
The Salone, the largest in the hotel, is often used for large events such as weddings, seminars, press conferences and holds up to 150 people. Private parties can also be held at the pretty Veranda Rossa, with its gorgeous view of the swimming-pool and park.

Smaller lounges can be set up for intimate dinners or work lunches. OASI staff will advise and assist each step of the way, assuring perfect service and satisfaction.

For pizza lovers, OASI opens its renowned pizzeria everyday at 7.30 pm: more than 30 different toppings to choose among and the unmistakable taste of Colfiorito mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil and wheat flour of the Tiber valley.
